Billboard Music Awards 2022: quem são os indicados e os números musicais

Anitta será uma das apresentadoras da cerimônia, que acontece em Los Angeles neste domingo

O Billboard Music Awards acontece neste domingo, 15, às 21h (horário de Brasília), na MGM Grand Garden Arena, em Las Vegas, nos Estados Unidos. A cerimônia será comandada por Sean Combs, o Diddy e terá a presença de uma brasileira, a cantora Anitta. Ela está entre os apresentadores, junto a nomes como Michael Bublé, Heidi Klum e DJ Khaled.

Em relação às apresentações ao vivo, foram anunciados números musicais de Ed Sheeran, Travis Scott, Mary J. Blige, Becky G, Machine Gun Kelly e Florence + The Machine, entre outros.

Ao todo, o Bilboard Music Awards conta com 62 categorias (confira abaixo a lista completa de indicados, apresentadores e números musicais da premiação em 2022). Para música do ano, concorrem Kiss Me More (Doja Cat ft. SZA), Levitating (Dua Lipa), good 4 u (Olivia Rodrigo), Stay (The Kid LAROI e Justin Bieber) e Save Your Tears (The Weeknd e Ariana Grande).

Já na de principal artista, aparecem Drake, Taylor Swift, The Weeknd, Doja Cat e Olivia Rodrigo, favorita na categoria de artista revelação. O BTS disputa a categoria de melhor grupo ou dupla com Imagine Dragons, Migos, Glass Animals e Silk Sonic.

A melhor trilha sonora de produções audiovisuais conta com cinco concorrentes, Sing 2, Encanto, Arcane, Em Um Bairro de Nova York e Tick, Tick... Boom!.

Destaques ainda para Elton John, que aparece na indicação de melhor música eletrônica/dance, por Cold Heart, sua parceria com Dua Lipa e o trio PNAU, e para a banda  italiana Måneskin, vencedora do último festival Eurovision, que concorre à melhor música de rock por Beggin.

Em relação à melhor música gospel e melhor música cristão, destaque para Kanye West, que recebeu 80% das indicações (quatro em cada uma das categorias) graças às canções de seu álbum Donda.

 

Na edição do ano passado, o rapper Drake foi eleito o artista da década, quando se tornou o maior condecorado da história do Billboard Music Awards, com 29 vitórias. Clique aqui para relembrar.
